Band Instructor; Morning Program

Position: Band Instructor (Morning Program) Join our team at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy, a dedicated charter school committed to fostering musical talent and a love for the arts among our students. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Band Instructor to lead morning band sessions, inspiring students to develop their musical skills and enjoy the process of learning an instrument. Rocky Mountain Classical Academy offers a supportive and enriching environment dedicated to academic and artistic excellence. Compensation: $2,500 per semester, totaling $5,000 for the 2026-27 school year. Days/ Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 7:45AM RequirementsPrior experience teaching band instruments to school-aged studentsStrong knowledge of band instruments and music education principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and engage studentsReliable and punctual with a professional attitudeAbility to work mornings from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and ThursdaysKey ResponsibilitiesConduct morning band lessons for students before school hoursTeach and reinforce fundamental band instrument techniquesPrepare students for performances and school eventsFoster a positive and encouraging environment for student growthCollaborate with school staff to support the music program's objectivesSalary Description $2,500.00/semester
