Band Instrument Repair Technician

We support music in these communities by making regular school visits and having in-house repair departments in both our MA and ME offices, as well as providing private music lessons and sales of musical instruments and accessories at our Westborough, MA office location. Your primary responsibilities will require your skilled expertise to perform the following: Repair stock, rental and customer owned band instrumentsProvide complete diagnosis and estimates for repair jobsCheck and test inventoryPrep rental inventory, as neededLog and update repair tickets in computer system;Ability to communicate with customers as needed on repairs (phone, email, and in-person)Able to communicate clearly with service reps and other techniciansKnowledge / Skills: 2+ years of work experience in the industryHigh School Diploma or equivalent;Must be 18 years of age or olderAble to lift 30 poundsAble to carry multiple instruments at onceAble to climb stairs, ladders or step stools while carrying instrumentsWorking knowledge of computersJob Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour
