Band Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Band Manager to lead and inspire our musical ensembles, coordinate performances, and foster a vibrant musical community. As a pivotal member of our arts program, you will oversee the development, organization, and execution of band activities, ensuring a high-quality experience for both performers and audiences. Duties • Plan and develop comprehensive curriculum for band rehearsals, performances, and workshops that cater to various skill levels and age groups • Coordinate scheduling of rehearsals, concerts, and community events to maximize participation and audience engagement • Manage all aspects of band operations, including audition processes, member recruitment, and equipment maintenance • Provide instruction on musical techniques, ensemble coordination, and performance etiquette to enhance members’ skills • Foster an inclusive environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and personal growth among band members • Oversee classroom management during rehearsals and performances to ensure discipline and focus • Collaborate with other arts educators to integrate music with dance, theater, or visual arts programs when appropriate Join us in inspiring musical excellence!
