Purpose Statement
The Extra-Curricular Band Specialist assists with various band activities, including but not limited to: marching band, winter drum line, winter guard, and brass/woodwind/percussion ensembles. This role supports the Band Director in fostering a positive and productive environment for all participating students.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Band Director with the needs of the ensembles.Provide specialized support for specific instruments or sections as needed.Help manage rehearsals, practices, and performances.Promote a positive and team-oriented environment for students.
Job Requirements
60 credit hoursExperience or training in the musical fine arts.
