The High School Band Teacher is responsible for directing and managing the high school band program, fostering a positive and productive learning environment, and nurturing students' musical growth. This role involves preparing students for performances, and lifelong musical appreciation while maintaining high standards of teaching, discipline, and professionalism. • Identify and address the individual needs of students to support their musical and personal growth. Experience and Skills: • Demonstrated experience leading a school band program or equivalent musical ensemble. • Classroom Experience REQUIRED.
