ABOUT JAMJUICE

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated JamJuice Pro to oversee and grow our Texas and Florida

markets. A JamJuice Pro serves as both an Account Manager and Entertainment Director for a

portfolio of hospitality clients. This is not a side hustle. Whether structured as a W2 employee or

a 1099 contractor, we expect this role to a professional focus of the individual hired.

This is position starts as part time, but will quickly develop into a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week and a high level of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client relationships with hospitality accounts across Texas and Florida.

• Build and maintain entertainment calendars 60–120 days in advance.

• Source, recruit, evaluate, and manage musicians, DJs, and entertainers.

• Conduct regular account reviews and strategy meetings.

• Maintain accurate booking records and platform updates.

• Resolve artist and client issues proactively.

• Attend networking events and represent JamJuice in assigned markets.

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel is a core component of this role. The JamJuice Pro will regularly travel throughout Texas

and Florida to visit client venues, attend performances, meet decision-makers, evaluate talent,

support launches, and attend company meetings. All approved business travel expenses are

covered by JamJuice.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Maintain calendars at least 60 days booked out.

• No account should go more than 30 days without a proactive touchpoint.

• Deliver monthly account reports.

• Maintain exceptional client retention.

• Respond to client communications within 4 business hours.

• Contribute to artist recruitment and market growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, account management, event management,

or artist relations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Passion for live entertainment and hospitality.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
