Jazz St. Louis is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to lead our community in advancing the uniquely American art of jazz through performance, education, and community engagement. Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have a strong passion for providing superior customer service to all guests. · Assist Jazz St. Louis patrons with phone, internet, and in-person sales · Assist the Associate Director of Patron Services with the processing of subscription and single ticket exchanges and refunds With the approval of the President & CEO, five (5) days of vacation time will be carried over to the next year.
