Bridge Director of Music - Church

Position: Bridge Director of Music Ministry About Church: We are an open and affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ Commitment & Hours: \\- This position is intended to be a “bridge” until our settled music director is found. We anticipate that the “bridge” will be needed from approximately the last week of August through Jan. 2022, or until a settled music director has been found \\- To include Sundays and Wednesday rehearsals with negotiable Sundays and Wednesdays off as necessary. \\- One rehearsal on Wednesdays from 7 pm to approximately 8:15 pm. \\- Sunday rehearsal from ~9-9:30am with the choir. \\- Related practice time, committee and other meetings with church staff, email and other communication with the choir and church staff, preparation and planning time for choral music, rehearsals and instrumental music, arrangements and rehearsals with guest musicians, purchase of sacred organ and piano music, and professional development as needed and appropriate.
