Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas - Green Room Server

Green Room Server: As a green room server, the position is to assist all bands that are playing at the venue on the shift that they work. We need our talent to feel welcome and wanted, but expect the server to know and comply with company guidelines in addition to understanding the artists' relationship with Brooklyn Bowl. Makes appropriate suggestions and follows all set service standards and sequence of service.Collect and process payment.Proficient on use of POS system to input orders accurately and efficiently.Communicate any problem or guest concern to management in a timely manner.Knowledge of and compliance with Health Code and Alcohol Regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience.NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.Valid Food Worker / Health Card required.Valid Alcohol Awareness Card required.Previous experience in customer service, food service, restaurant or other related fields.Ability to build rapport with guests.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must possess basic math and reading skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to become familiar with menu, preparation procedures and prices.Ability to work closely and efficiently with others.Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Must adhere to all safety measures and policies.THE PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW ARE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION.
