Plans, coordinates and directs the functions of the Conservatory Music program; ensures the quality of programs and safety of youth at all times;provides guidance and role modeling to youth and ensures safety and a positive experience for campers. Participates enthusiastically as a member of the camp staff team to deliver and supervise evening programs, special events, overnights and other all-camp activities and camp functions. Knowledge of the principles and practices of First Aid and C.P.R and ability to ensure the safety of campers and other staff. Knowledge of the principles and practices of music education. Physical ability to respond appropriately to situations requiring first aid; Must be able to assist campers in an emergency (fire, evacuation, illness, or injury) and possess strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of campers.
