Ministry of Worship Arts Antioch, subject to ministry needs across all locations Full-time Title: Reports To: Location: Campus Band Leader Worship Pastor, MWA Multi-campus assignment The Campus Band Leader serves as a primary music leader within the Ministry of Worship Arts, providing musical leadership, keyboard and/or organ accompaniment, rehearsal support, musical arrangements, track programming, and creative preparation for Mount Zion worship services. The Campus Band Leader is expected to lead with humility, preparation, accountability, spiritual sensitivity, emotional maturity, and a team-first posture that aligns with the vision and leadership culture of Mount Zion Baptist Church. • Serve as the primary music leader for the assigned campus while remaining flexible to support other Mount Zion locations based on weekly worship needs, special services, staffing adjustments, rehearsals, recordings, funerals, or ministry priorities. • Strong proficiency on keyboard and/or organ with experience leading a band in a church, worship, gospel, or live music setting. • Strengthen consistency in music preparation, arrangements, playback, tracks, rehearsals, recordings, communication, and special events.
