Cannabis Retail Shift Lead

The Artist Tree is one of the leading operators of California cannabis retail and lounge spaces. Responsible for curating the guest experience at the standards set forth by The Artist Tree. Stay engaged and exceed their expectations time and time again • Help cultivate repeat customer base through brand loyalty program and data retention • Assist in resolving customer service complaints • Communicate with FOH manager and GM on any/all refunds and/or exchanges • Strong product knowledge and understanding • Effectively communicate the safe use of our products • Process all cash and charge transactions according to house procedures • Maintain a clean and organized store • Issue cash change orders as necessary to the team • Assist in counseling team members • Open and/or close the store as scheduled • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management Previous two (2) or more years experience as a store shift lead/supervisor or above.
