Catalog Coordinator We are seeking a professional to act as the Recordings Department's primary liaison, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding of legacy recorded music catalogs. • Manage new catalog development initiatives, including audio releases and new recording projects • Collaborate with Operations, Business Affairs, Copyright, Archive, and Finance teams to deliver audio releases that are fully cleared and on time • Track and manage recorded music budgets, including recording costs, artwork costs, and other project-related expenses • Research and manage royalty information for artists, songwriters, producers, and other related costs to project development • Summarize and communicate relevant deal terms and rates for all payees on a project to the designated accounting department • Communicate mechanical licensing requirements to the designated licensing department
