Church Musician Opportunity We seek a skilled musician to join our music ministry team at St James the Greater Catholic Church in Hopewell, Virginia. The successful candidate will provide instrumental accompaniment for weekend liturgies, rehearsals, and parish celebrations, collaborating closely with the Choir Director and Pastor/Administrator to foster reverent, joyful, and participatory worship. • Proficiency in piano and/or organ accompaniment is essential • Experience accompanying choirs and congregational singing is required • Familiarity with Catholic liturgical music and worship is necessary • Ability to read music and adapt to choir and liturgical needs is crucial • Willingness to collaborate and serve within a parish community is vital
