Catholic Music Director & Musician

Overview Position: Catholic Music Director & Musician Location: Foothills Chapel, Beale AFB, CA Schedule: Sundays (2 hrs weekly), monthly Thursday rehearsal (2 hrs), ~9 special events/year Responsibilities • Provide music for weekly Catholic Mass, monthly choir rehearsals, and special services • Select and lead liturgical music in coordination with the Catholic Chaplain • Direct choir and accompany worship with voice/instrument • Recruit, train, and manage volunteer musicians • Maintain equipment, records, and submit annual music budget Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Music (preferred) • 2+ years’ experience directing choirs and leading Catholic worship • Ability to sight-read and perform from OCP/GIA/Gather sources • Skilled in vocal/instrumental performance and audio/visual systems • Must pass background checks; references and audition required #J-18808-Ljbffr
