Position: Catholic Music Director & Musician
Location: Foothills Chapel, Beale AFB, CA
Schedule: Sundays (2 hrs weekly), monthly Thursday rehearsal (2 hrs), ~9 special events/year
Key Responsibilities:
Provide music for weekly Catholic Mass, monthly choir rehearsals, and special services.Select and lead liturgical music in coordination with the Catholic Chaplain.Direct choir and accompany worship with voice/instrument.Recruit, train, and manage volunteer musicians.Maintain equipment, records, and submit annual music budget.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Music (preferred).2+ years' experience directing choirs and leading Catholic worship.Ability to sight-read and perform from OCP/GIA/Gather sources.Skilled in vocal/instrumental performance and audio/visual systems.Must pass background checks; references and audition required.
