Position Title: Catholic Pianist / Musician Location: Tripler Army Medical Center Chapel, Oceanside, D Wing, 3rd Floor, 1 Jarrett White Road, Honolulu, HI 963858. Job Type: Part time. at public worship services, working with and synchronizing with small musical ensembles/choirs. The candidate shall demonstrate strong organizational skills in scheduling, rehearsing, and collaborating with the pastor, clergy, and parish staff. Duties: The candidate shall: Provide piano or keyboard Catholic music support during Mass, including: 15-minute preludes 5-minute postludes Offertory music Accompaniment of hymns, choruses, and spiritual songs Background music for meditation, prayers, and communion Perform at scheduled Catholic services: Saturday Mass (16:45-18;05) Sunday Mass (10:45-12;05) Special Services (Holy Week, Christmas, memorial ceremonies, and other military-related ceremonies) - up to 8 per year Maintain a digital/written log of services performed and submit monthly to the COR.
