Central Music Producer

• Assist the Central Worship Pastor in carrying out the vision of the church across our worship ministry by upholding our worship philosophy, being a champion of multiethnic and multigenerational worship expressions and advancing our songwriting culture through maintaining a studio schedule and producing simple new song demos/work tapes as new songs are written. • Work alongside the Central Worship Pastor to plan and manage the budget and calendar for the worship ministry. • Serve as a member of the campus leadership team giving assistance to determining priorities, implementing the vision of the church, and serving the pastoral needs of the campus. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Campus Pastor and Central Worship Pastor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to recruit, train and lead staff and volunteers to be part of a ministry team.
