Employer About The Job Must have a master’s degree in Business Administration and 4 years of experience in position offered or as an Executive Director or Director at a professional orchestra. All required experience must have included leading artistic operations and production, directing a team of at least 5 people, working directly with orchestra musicians, overseeing an annual series of orchestra concerts and programs, coordinating touring, labor negotiations, government relations and grant writing, and leading planning and implementation of an orchestra’s calendar and artistic vision.
