Position Summary: The Chief Operations Officer oversees and/or supervises the coordination, administration and logistics of Kids’ Orchestra, Inc. (KO) including fiduciary, technology, and personnel responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned by the CEO based on candidates’ interests, skills, and qualifications. Kids’ Orchestra Operations Supervise duties of Office Manager, Instrument Specialist, HR Specialist; supervise any assigned program associates/interns as appropriate Oversee operations duties assigned to other office staff (snack, transportation, tuition, etc.) Office Operations
