Description St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Choir Director to recruit, assemble and lead music for the principal Mass on Sundays and other liturgical celebrations. The Director serves not simply as a director of voices and instruments, but as a liturgical leader who understands the Mass as prayer, proclamation, and encounter, and who forms others to serve within that vision. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with strong musical and liturgical formation, capable of recruiting, training, and accompanying music ministers while fostering a culture of reverence, preparation, and service. This role collaborates closely with the Director, Liturgy and Music, Pastor, and parish leadership to ensure that music and worship are fully aligned with the mission of the parish and the life of its people.
