Job Title: Christian Rock Band Instructor (Part-Time – Saturdays) Location: Musicians In Motion, Charlotte, NC Schedule: Weekly on Saturdays Compensation: Based on experience Overview: Musicians In Motion is launching a new Christian Rock Band Program and we're looking for a passionate, multi-talented instructor to help us bring it to life. Key Responsibilities: • Teach and lead weekly Christian rock band classes on Saturdays • Collaborate with our team to develop and shape the curriculum for this new program • Instruct students in group performance, improvisation, and worship leadership • Teach practical music theory relevant to playing in a modern Christian band • Prepare students for potential live performances and worship nights Ideal Candidate Traits: • Spirit-led, reliable, and collaborative • Comfortable working with youth and teens • Creative and adaptable, especially while helping launch a new program Pay: $30.00 per hour
