Strong live vocal ability with a versatile and engaging performance styleConfident stage presence and the ability to command a large stadium audience while performing as a solo vocalistAbility to project vocally and perform comfortably in a large outdoor venueAbility to connect with and engage a diverse audience throughout a performanceStrong musicality, rhythm, timing, and ability to perform with live or recorded musical accompanimentAbility to learn and retain vocal arrangements, lyrics, choreography/blocking, and performance notesAbility to openly accept performance feedback and direction and adapt accordinglyAbility to maintain consistent vocal and performance quality throughout multiple performancesAbility to perform independently while maintaining energy, confidence, and audience engagementAbility to work collaboratively with musicians, performers, technicians, stage management, and creative leadershipAbility to remain professional and performance-ready in a high-volume entertainment environmentAbility to stand and perform for extended periods of timeAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesAvailability to work varying shifts and hours based on business needs, including opening, mid, closing, nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours rehearsalsWillingness to participate in regular internal performance assessments and coachingAbility to navigate and perform safely within a large-scale stadium environment, including stairs, ramps, platforms, and performance areas as requiredAbility to perform basic physical movements required for staging and performance, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light movementAbility to maintain vocal health and appropriate performance practices throughout the engagement

What Else Is Important

Previous professional singing, live performance, or musical theatre experience preferredExperience performing for large audiences or in large-scale venues preferredStrong background in vocal performance, including contemporary, pop, rock, musical theatre, or other relevant stylesAbility to perform confidently as a solo vocalist is highly preferredPrevious experience with theme parks, stadiums, concerts, cruise ships, or other high-volume entertainment environments preferredPrevious guest-facing experience preferredAt least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent required
