Job Summary This vital role combines musical expertise with leadership and teaching skills to foster a vibrant worship environment. Duties Lead weekly choir rehearsals, fostering a positive and collaborative environment for singers of all skill levels Select, arrange, and rehearse music that aligns with liturgical themes and enhances worship services Perform as the primary musician during church services, providing inspiring musical accompaniment or vocal performances Mentor choir members by offering constructive feedback, teaching vocal techniques, and encouraging spiritual growth through music Collaborate with clergy and worship team members to plan service flow and musical selections Organize special musical events, seasonal concerts, and community outreach performances Maintain the choir’s repertoire, manage scheduling, and oversee the recruitment of new choir members Requirements
