Position Description: In cooperation with the Senior Pastor and Director of Worship, develop, plan, and produce a worship environment that attracts and engages both unchurched and regular attenders alike, via compelling Choir worship that encourages the worship of God and congregational participation. • In cooperation with the Director of Worship, recruit, develop and shepherd the Choir. • Schedule, rehearse, arrange music, and develop Choir for Worship Ministry. • Gifted in leading people into God’s presence through music. • A passion to develop and train vocalists for Choir outreach.
