Church Musician

Skills: • Must be able to play piano, keyboard/organ • Must be able to direct and give vocal instructions • Must be familiar with traditional church hymns along with an appreciation and ability to play contemporary gospel music. • Must be able to sing and lead songs from the piano. • Must have great people skills • Must have good organizational skills Check is required for employment. Responsibilities and Duties: • Must love God and His Church • Be in accordance with the doctrine of St. Mark • Reports to the Sr. Pastor • Work with Pastors to select music for weekly worship that will enhance the theological message and Push • Attend monthly choirs meeting • Give monthly reports at the business meeting • Plan and facilitate the Choir Workshop once a year
