Church Musician

The Church Musician is to assist in the planning, preparation, and leadership of worship at First Lutheran. They will work as a member of a team, assisting other staff members to accomplish the mission of the church. c. In accordance with the policies of FLC, the Church Musician, in conjunction with the Director of Choirs and Handbells, will provide music leadership for weddings and funerals held at First Lutheran Church, unless arranged otherwise. Determine, in consultation with the Worship and the Arts Committee and the Director of Choirs and Handbells, the annual budget requirements for the music program. After discussion with the Church Musician, their responsibilities may be changed at any time by mutual agreement of the Pastor and Church Council.
