a) The musician must above all have a heart for the church, the ability to relate positively to a wide variety of people in a sensitive and caring manner, be able to manage details efficiently, and be self-motivated and able to follow through on assigned tasks. b) The musician should have proficient organ and piano skills and be able to lead the congregation in their songs. The musician should have a working knowledge of a variety of sacred music including contemporary music. c) In collaboration with the Worship Planning Team assisting in the selection of liturgical settings, hymns and songs. Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
