• The Contractor consults and coordinates with the CWS Chaplain and the Contract Monitor to validate the work performed. The Person • Contractor shall have at least five years’ experience playing the piano/keyboard. They must possess sound accompaniment skills, competent sight-reading ability, play by ear, and be able to play music from the gospel and contemporary genres. • Possess two years of experience as an accompanist in a church setting. • Must be familiar with contemporary and gospel worship styles and possess the ability to blend them into a harmonious worship experience.
