The M/CD will work within the guidelines established and furnished by the pastor to select music for the chancel choir in worship and special services. He/She will meet with the pastor and worship committee quarterly to plan for special music when the choir is on vacation or not scheduled to sing. The M/CD will report to the pastor as head of staff. The M/CD will meet with the pastor and/or worship committee yearly to discuss his/her performance and any needed changes to the contract. All vacation time is to be taken during the calendar year.
