Church Musician

Church Musicians are responsible for - under the leadership, direction and guidance of the Minister of Music and any other assigned leaders, to provide excellent musical support for all worship services, rehearsals and other special services, as scheduled. • Punctual arrival to all services, rehearsals, sound checks, and performances (Report time is 20 minutes prior to start time for all of the above) • Stay up-to-date on music ministry and church communications via email, GroupMe, Band, etc. • Sanitize, safeguard, and preserve all assigned musician instruments, equipment, and service areas (reporting all necessary repairs, replacements, etc. • Operate with the highest of biblical and professional standards and in congruence with all ministry expectations • Attend and complete initial orientation for all staff Qualifications: • Visible commitment to investing in individual spiritual growth & maturation at services and other events • Humble willingness to submit to the leadership and guidance of ministry and pastoral team members, as instructions are given.
