Church Musician Needed: To accompany the worship music ministry of Unity Baptist Church in Culpeper, Va, in a way that is consistent with our mission, values, and our UBC mission statement. Responsibilities: Accompanying our Sunday Morning music ministry on the piano and/or organ and attend one (1) weeknight rehearsal. • Willingness to receive and process feedback not only from Unity and leadership but members of the congregation and music ministry • Ability to organize, coordinate, and motivate musicians • Strong team player who possesses a willingness to work with the rest of the Unity leadership • Dependable, responsible, and creative • Ability to listen to and communicate with people of all ages and musical backgrounds • Interest in a wide range of musical experiences • Understanding and experience of the flow, style, and substance of Christian worship This can be sent to unitybapcu@yahoo.com with your name in the subject/Musical Samples - ex: John Smith/Musical Samples
