Church Musician & Worship Accompanist - Unity Baptist Church, Culpeper, VA

The Worship Music Accompanist at Unity Baptist Church in Culpeper, VA, will play a vital role in supporting our worship music ministry. Qualifications • Ability to read music and/or play by ear in all 12 keys • Proven leadership skills • Self-motivated and responsible • Competent in church music accompaniment on the organ and piano • Willingness to receive and process feedback from Unity leadership and congregation members • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit • Creative and dependable • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals • Interest in a wide range of musical experiences • Understanding of Christian worship practices Experience Requirements • Experience in church music accompaniment is preferred • Familiarity with leading worship music in a church setting is an advantage
