The keyboardist/organist/auxiliary musician with report to the Executive Director, Campus Leader, Music Minister or whomever the Senior Pastor designates. Foster an innovative, blended style of music to enhance and support the delivery of the Word of God, the Senior Pastor’s vision and worship development of the congregation. · Aid and accompany the Music Minister in whatever capacity needed for music ministry at all worship services, rehearsals, programs and events · Utilize technology in planning and presenting music to enhance the worship · Be a leader and example and in the various areas supporting the church, the Senior Pastor and the vision, especially in the areas of “time”, “talent” and “treasure”.
