Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Church Musician to lead and inspire our worship community through music. This role involves performing musical pieces that enhance the spiritual experience during services and special events. As a vital part of our church family, you will help create meaningful worship experiences that uplift and connect members of all ages. Responsibilities Skillfully play during weekly worship services, ensuring an engaging and uplifting atmosphere Maintain and organize musical instruments, sound equipment, and sheet music for smooth operations Assist in planning special musical programs for funerals and other church functions Foster a welcoming environment for musicians of all skill levels, encouraging participation and growth Proven experience in leading church or community musical groups with enthusiasm and professionalism Strong proficiency in playing keyboard instruments such as piano or organ; proficiency in other instruments is a plus Knowledge of contemporary, traditional, or blended worship music styles Ability to read sheet music fluently and adapt arrangements as needed Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clergy, choir members, volunteers, and congregation members Passion for inspiring others through music and creating spiritually enriching worship experiences Join us in shaping memorable moments of worship through your musical talent!
