The Music Director works alongside the Pastor and Worship Committee to develop the worship and music ministry of Elim Lutheran Church. The ministry will have the goals of meeting the spiritual needs of a range of ages in the congregation so as to glorify our Lord Jesus. QUALIFICATIONS: The Music Director shall be a person who: • Has a vital commitment to God through Jesus Christ and to the God-given work of the Church. • Has a gift for music and worship. • Has a working knowledge of tech support.
