Classical Music Festival Coordinator

From June 28 to August 8, 2021, hundreds of artists including composers, conductors, musicians, opera singers, and pianists will gather at Colby College in Waterville, Maine to celebrate the works of musical masters. Programs Coordinators will be assigned to specific programs/areas of the festival following an initial training session. Positions include Schedule, Event, and Institute Program Coordinators. The aim of the position extends beyond simple part-time employment. **Qualifications** * Available for the full duration of the festival including staff training (June 23 - 27) * Experience working in arts administration, production, or a music festival setting * Currently obtaining a graduate degree or higher * A highly organized team player who possesses excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills * Responsible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of standard office software including Google Suites and Dropbox * Some supervisorial experience preferred * Musical training is a plus **Benefits** * Compensation is commensurate with experience ($2,000 - $3,000) * Housing and meals provided **To Apply** * Visit https://www.atlanticmusicfestival.org/get-involved/jobs/program-coordinator to fill out the application.
