Part-time Description Position Summary Customer Service Representatives play an important role in creating the Bravo Customer Service experience at Heid Music. This part-time position supports the store team by welcoming customers, assisting with basic sales and rental transactions, and helping maintain an organized and inviting store environment. Restock shelves, label products, and assist with tagging instruments and accessories. Working at Heid Music is more than a job; it's an ensemble of professionals working together providing BRAVO service for the love of music. Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
