HOME seeks a compassionate, highly organized Program Coordinator, Client Services to lead and operate the organization’s client services program. The Program Coordinator plays a central role in advancing HOME’s mission by delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services; strengthening relationships with housing providers, healthcare partners, and social service agencies; ensuring compliance and accurate recordkeeping; and representing HOME at community and organizational events. The position also serves as the primary staff liaison to the Client Services Committee and works closely with the Executive Director to maintain program quality, consistency, and continuity of care. • Assist with grant documentation, program reports, and administrative needs as required. Preferred: • Experience in housing stability, healthcare navigation, or aging services.
