Clinical Musician (Part-Time)

The Nordoff-Robbins Center for Music Therapy is seeking two Clinical Musicians (2 for guitar) to conduct group sessions with music therapists and music therapy students on enhancing their musical skills and developing their clinical musicianship in a variety of musical styles from different cultures. The Clinical Musicians will assess the development of participants’ skills in the area of professional musical competencies required of music therapists. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is $140.00. Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with New York State License as a Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT); Five years of post-master?s clinical experience as a music therapist; Advanced skills on guitar on multiple musical styles.
