INTERVIEW CO-HOST / CO-OWNER

Boss Moves & Music Moves is seeking a confident, energetic, and engaging Interview Co-Host / Co-Owner to join our growing media platform.

This individual will help lead conversations with artists, entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and community leaders while bringing their own personality, ideas, professionalism, and energy to our podcast, video content, live events, and overall brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct engaging interviews with artists, entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and community leadersResearch upcoming guests and their backgrounds before interviewsDevelop thoughtful, relevant, and entertaining interview questionsParticipate in podcast episodes, video interviews, panel discussions, and special featuresHelp create natural and engaging conversations that connect with our audienceCollaborate with producers, videographers, editors, hosts, and other members of the media teamRepresent Boss Moves & Music Moves professionally at interviews, networking events, community events, and special appearancesAssist with promotional and social media content when neededContribute ideas for future guests, segments, events, partnerships, and brand growthParticipate in business discussions and planning related to the future growth of the platformQUALIFICATIONS

Confident, outgoing, personable, and engagingStrong verbal communication and active-listening skillsComfortable speaking on camera and using a microphoneAble to keep conversations flowing naturallyProfessional, dependable, and preparedComfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds, personalities, and industriesAble to work collaboratively as part of a creative teamInterest or knowledge in music, entertainment, entrepreneurship, business, media, and Baltimore/DMV culture is a plusPrevious interviewing, podcasting, radio, journalism, hosting, or on-camera experience is preferred but not requiredIDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who can bring their own personality, voice, creativity, and ideas to Boss Moves & Music Moves while respecting and helping build the overall brand.

The ideal person is curious, prepared, personable, business-minded, and comfortable asking meaningful questions while also knowing how to have fun and create memorable conversations.

Because this opportunity includes a potential Co-Owner role, we are especially interested in someone who wants to help grow the platform long-term—not simply appear on camera.

The right person should be interested in helping Boss Moves & Music Moves expand its podcast, video content, magazine, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community presence.
