The Assistant Color Guard Tech will assist in the instruction and development of the JL Mann Academy Color Guard program, including the Marching Band Color Guard and Winter Guard. This individual will work closely with the Color Guard Director and band staff to provide training in movement, equipment technique, and performance skills. • Provide individual and small-group instruction to develop technique and performance quality. • Help with uniform coordination, prop usage, and performance readiness.Winter Guard Season (Spring) • Assist in choreographing and teaching the Winter Guard show.
