As a Service Technician II, you independently manage on-site service calls, installations, and technical support for AVDG clients' audiovisual systems. This role requires proven field experience, the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, and excellent client relationship skills to represent AVDG professionally on-site.
