About Maestro Musicians Academy
Maestro Musicians Academy is a music school dedicated to helping children develop confidence, discipline, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
We offer personalized instruction in piano, violin, guitar, voice, and other instruments, combining high-quality music education with a welcoming, family-oriented environment.
We're seeking an enthusiastic, well-connected Community Ambassador to help introduce our programs to more families throughout Greater Cleveland.
The Opportunity
Are you a parent or community member who knows lots of local families? Do you enjoy connecting people with opportunities that can enrich their children's lives?
We're looking for someone who has established relationships within the Greater Cleveland community and a genuine appreciation for children's education.
This is a fully remote, flexible, commission-based opportunity. You'll work independently, using your existing relationships and community connections to introduce families to Maestro Musicians Academy.
There are no required shifts, office hours, or in-person meetings. You can pursue referrals on your own schedule.
While the position is fully remote, you must be based in Greater Cleveland and have meaningful connections with families in Beachwood, Orange, Pepper Pike, Solon, Woodmere, or surrounding communities.
What You'll Do
Introduce Maestro Musicians Academy to local families who may be interested in music lessons.
Share information about our music programs through your personal and professional networks.
Identify opportunities to connect Maestro with local parent groups, community organizations, and family-oriented networks.
Generate qualified referrals from families genuinely interested in music education.
Direct interested families to our enrollment team to schedule introductory trial lessons.
Help increase awareness of Maestro Musicians Academy throughout Greater Cleveland.
You will not be responsible for teaching lessons, scheduling students, processing payments, or managing enrollments. Our existing team handles those responsibilities.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate:
Lives in Greater Cleveland and has established relationships with local families.
Is involved in parent networks, schools, community organizations, or other family-oriented activities.
Enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making meaningful recommendations.
Communicates clearly and professionally.
Is enthusiastic about children's education and enrichment.
Is self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Previous experience in community outreach, education, parent organizations, or relationship-based sales is helpful but not required.
You do not need a musical background or previous professional sales experience.
Compensation
Earn up to $150 for each successfully referred family through our two-stage commission structure:
Stage 1: Completed Trial Lesson – $25
Earn $25 when a qualifying family you refer completes its paid $49 introductory trial lesson.
Stage 2: New Student Enrollment – $125
Earn an additional $125 when that family purchases its first regular monthly subscription.
Total potential commission: $150 per successfully enrolled family.
Commissions are paid for verified, qualifying referrals according to the terms of our written referral agreement.
There are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed earnings. Your compensation depends on the qualifying referrals you generate.
