Community Music Leader

This is a contract role, not employment . Responsibilities • Lead fun, interactive music sessions for children ages infant–5 years in childcare and community settings • Use live instruments (guitar, keyboard, percussion, voice) and props to create engaging experiences • Incorporate the Playnotes Musical Pathway framework as a resource and guide while keeping creative independence in how you lead sessions • Foster creativity, confidence, and developmental growth through music • Communicate professionally with site staff and Playnotes leadership • Maintain confidentiality and uphold Playnotes’ standards of safety and professionalism Qualifications • Passionate about working with children • Strong musical skills. Compensation • $25–$50 per 30-minute session for multi-session site visits. This is an independent contractor role.
