We are currently seeking a Concert Assistant & Driver, who will provide driving services and assistance with other backstage services, for guest artists and guest conductors of The Cleveland Orchestra performances. The Concert Assistant & Driver work is dependent on the Orchestra schedule. Fulfill the role of a rehearsal and concert assistant during Cleveland Orchestra rehearsals to ensure that guest artists and guest conductors are familiar with the backstage area and are onstage as required. Serve as the first line of contact between house managers and guest conductors and guest artists, fielding patron requests to greet artists, as necessary. Maintain and facilitate an open line of communication with the Artistic Operations staff, guest conductors and guest artists to accommodate and communicate any schedule changes related to driving needs.
