Conductor of Urban Music Programs

The Conductor of Urban Music Programs will be responsible for directing and managing the overall orchestra program for assigned schools, preparing students for individual and group performances, and ensuring compliance with state and district requirements. • Develop and implement plans for the growth and improvement of the orchestra program. • Experience working in an urban school district or demonstrated ability to work effectively in such an environment. • Demonstrated understanding and ability to teach students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
