Contemporary Christian Worship Leader

OB One Church is looking for a contemporary worship leader part-time (12 hours per week) -Schedule Volunteers for the band, soundboard, and slide presentation (Planning Center) -Rehearse with the band either during the week or before the service -Lead the church in worship on Sundays with contemporary style worship with a full band -Sundays are mandatory -Have auditions at least 3 times per year to select new future worship team members from the church -Train the new team members -Record sermons and upload them to youtube -Be part of the church life by leading a life group for the worship team members -Be present at volunteer appreciation night (Once a year) -Hire key musicians in case the church does not have anyone to play those instruments Be present in a midweek life group or lead one.
