PURPOSE: To follow and serve Jesus Christ and Carmel Presbyterian Church by providing leadership and organization for the Contemporary Worship service. • Oversee the contemporary worship service band, run rehearsals, recruit and train musicians. We envision the person in this position investing 15 hours per week developing and leading our contemporary music and contemporary worship bands.
