The successful candidate will be a 1099 contractor with Music Ministry International and be responsible for leading the Contemporary Protestant Community in Worship at Luke AFB. • Must be able to read music in order to direct and teach the choir/praise team and musician to maximize their abilities and enhance the worship experience. • Contractor shall be responsible for all coordination organization preparation and performance of choir and congregational music selections as required to support the Contemporary Gospel Worship Service. • Any performance requests of the choir and/or musician to perform in the local community as representatives of Luke AFB Chapel MUST be approved by the CGS Chaplain and Wing Chaplain before they can accept the invitation. Practice sessions/rehearsals will be held prior to each service each week on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm or with the approval of the Contract Officer or CGS Special services and practices/rehearsals for special services are in addition to the normal weekly work units.
